Private labeled means that your brand remains front and center for your community to engage with. XR Sports Gaming logo does not appear any where on your site. “Powered by XR Sports” is not a phrase shown on your gaming portal, ever. Your fans/members continue to engage with your brand, only.
Depending on your requested design, development of your gaming platform normally takes 4 to 6 weeks to rollout.

You can sign up for an account by clicking here. If you’re on the site check the top right corner and you’ll notice a “Register” button, give that a click and fill in the information requested.
Once you login to your account just head over to “My Profile” which is located on the left side of the website. Once there you can update your email in the General tab!

Without access: Click the login button located at the top right of the website. At the bottom of the popup prompt you’ll see “Forgot Password,” give that a click and fill in the information.

Once you login head over to the games page and find the title that you want to compete in. Click “Play” and select your platform. From there you’ll see a list of tournaments and ladders available to you. To join you’ll just click on the tournament that you want to join and click on the Participants tab followed by a click quick onto “Join.”
Some tournaments will require an entry fee to be able to participate, to join those you’ll need to have credits loaded onto your account.
Once you’re logged in you’ll see your option on the left side for “Wallet.” Give that a click and then you’ll see a button that says “Add Credits,” make sure to have your credit card ready to go!

Valid proof is a clear picture or video of the players in full screen that shows the rule being broken as well as the map that is played on and who is playing. If the dispute is on who won, you must send clips in from a stream. We will not view entire streams searching for the information. If you have specific questions for your situation about what “Valid Proof” is please get with your tournament administrator or submit a question via our Live Chat option on the Support page!
It is the responsibility of each player to ensure that their connection is suitable for playing online. If a player gets disconnected we recommend that they communicate with their opponent to figure out a way to finish the match — i.e. if the disconnection happened at half-time, the match should be completed after one half of the new game. For specific questions please contact your tournament administrator or submit a question via our Live Chat option on the Support page!
Navigate over to the Support page on our website. Once you’re there you’ll see an option for Live Chat! Keep in mind that we have a lot of individuals contacting us so wait times can vary. Our Live Chat hours are: ???? - ???? Monday – Sunday.
Once you’ve completed your match you’ll report your score on your tournament page. Head over to where you joined the tournament and on the bracket tab, from there you can click next to your name on the bracket to submit your score. Make sure your opponent does this as well!
If a match requires you to submit proof please make your way to the brackets located on the tournament page. Once there you’ll see an option next to the “Report Score” that will allow you to upload a screen shot or media.
If your match is disputed please be available to speak with a tournament administrator to get the matter quickly resolved. After a dispute you’ll be responsible for defending against whatever your opponent is claiming, be sure to have screen shots and stream clips ready to turn over to the administrator.
For most prizes we will communicate through your account registered email. Most are paid out within a 7 day period, of course most will be paid out within 24 hours. Please be patient!
